Wooden Palette

•Standard, robust, high-quality wooden pallets are used, designed to support heavy loads and facilitate handling with lifting equipment (forklift / pallet jack).

The pallets are elevated above the ground to avoid exposure to moisture and reduce the risk of impact during storage.

•The sides of the pallet or crate are lined with foam to provide optimal protection against friction and vibrations.

Edges are secured with protective strips to safeguard sensitive areas against scratches, cracks, or damage.

•Products are secured on the pallet using high-strength plastic or metal straps (strapping) to ensure complete stability.

Reinforcement elements are added at the corners to protect edges from damage during handling or transport.

In some cases, the top is reinforced with wooden slats integrated into the frame to improve compression resistance.

•The pallet (sides and top) is fully wrapped with shrink wrap or stretch film to protect the products from dust, water, and external elements.

•The film is applied in a completely sealed manner, providing effective insulation while giving a professional finish ready for export.

A label is affixed to the side of the pallet, clearly and systematically displaying cargo information, such as:

•Dimensions

•Product type

•Thickness

•Quantity per pallet

•Total weight

This system aims to:

•Reduce the risk of breakage and damage during maritime or land transport.

•Optimize handling and loading efficiency.

•Ensure delivery of products to clients in their original quality.

•Comply with international packaging and export standards.

•Present the cargo professionally, reflecting the quality of the products and the company.
