•The stones are carefully sorted and inspected to select flawless pieces, free from defects.

•We use sturdy wooden pallets, certified according to international standards, capable of withstanding heavy loads as well as vibrations during handling and transport.

•Crates and pallets are elevated 10 cm above the ground to avoid direct contact with moisture.

•Edges and corners are reinforced with protective materials such as foam and wooden separators, reducing friction and preventing any risk of damage.

•The slabs are securely fastened using high-strength strapping bands, ensuring stability throughout transportation.

•The entire cargo is wrapped in water- and dust-resistant plastic films, providing additional protection against the elements.

Identification Label for Each Shipment

Each pallet is accompanied by a professional label including:

•Type of stone (marble, granite, or natural stone)

•Dimensions and thickness

•Number of pieces

•Total weight

•Cargo tracking information

Capacity and Dimensions

Each wooden crate is designed to hold a specific number of pieces, determined by the dimensions and thickness of the tiles, marble, or granite.
A label is affixed to the crate, detailing all relevant information: type of stone, color, dimensions, thickness, and number of pieces, to facilitate storage, shipment, and customs inspection.

Protection During Transport:

The internal foam provides protection against vibrations and shocks.
Wooden battens or bars can be added inside the crate to stabilize larger pieces and prevent movement during transit.
The current system ensures that products arrive safely without breakage or scratches, even during long-distance shipments or when transported using multiple modes of transport.
